This is Part 1 of Glenallachie's Sinteis Series.  For the first release, they have taken spirit from Pedro Ximinez sherry puncheons & Chinquapin American oak from the Ozarks in Missouri and married them together to create a whisky with notes of dark fruits, chocolate & baking spices.

    Showcasing Billy’s Talent

I received part 2 and decided I had to get part 1, for my taste buds this is more my cup of tea. Both exceptional drams but the sweet sticky notes is where my palate wants to be this time of year. Another cracking dram for the price.
