The Glenturret Triple Wood is a sweet and spicy yet soft whisky that builds on the distinctive fruity flavours of our new make spirit. Matured in American and European oak sherry seasoned casks alongside Bourbon barrels. The three different cask styles have been thoughtfully combined to create a whisky with an alluring golden colour and a delightful subtle character.

Distillery Location
The Glenturret - Triple Wood (2023 Release)'s home is Distillery Location distillery, in the Highland region of Scotland.

The Glenturret Distillery is located on the banks of the Turret River two miles north west of Crieff in Perthshire, Scotland. The distillery is hidden in the glen and its secluded location may have contributed to its early history as the site of several illicit bothy stills.  The high hills to either side of the distillery were thought to act as lookout points for the smugglers.

    Goes down a treat !

Whisky is an individual taste and from some reviews I’ve seen, the Triple Wood it is not everyone’s cup

of tea, but for me, this is one of the “smoothest “ and easily drinkable malts out there. My wife bought me a bottle for Christmas and once tasted, I ordered a couple more so that I wouldn’t run out and have some in store. From someone who has 40+ different brands/types in my cupboard, this is now my go to tipple. Thank you Glenturret - in my view a masterpiece.
