Procera African Juniper Gin uses 11 botanicals which are all sourced from African countries. Based in Nairobi in Kenya, the distillery use hand-blown bottles, crafted by the team at Kitengela Hot Glass.

Comes with a small bottle of botanical salt tied around the neck, which contains Kenyan African juniper, Swahili lime and pixie orange, coriander & orris root from Morocco, Zanzibari cardamom & mace, pink pepper from Madagascar & selim pepper from Sierra Leone - the botanicals used in Procera gin, minus Somali Acacia honey.

The creators of Procera gin recommend either sprinkling some of the botanical salt in to your gin to taste, or to place a small amount of the salt on your tongue and wash down with their gin.
