To commemorate their 300th anniversary, the distillery's current Cellar Master, Baptiste Loiseau, has crafted a special edition drawing inspiration from the distillery's rich history. Baptiste revisited the legacy of the 290th anniversary blend, which itself was influenced by the 275th anniversary edition. This reserve, carefully aged in the distillery's cellars, has been enhanced by Baptiste with additional exceptional eaux-de-vie to create a unique interpretation reminiscent of the original 250th anniversary blend.
In his selection process, Baptiste meticulously chose only the finest Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, aged for many years in the distillery's cellars. These eaux-de-vie perfectly complement the essence of the 300th Anniversary Coupe, harmonizing with the flavors of previous editions.
Furthermore, a select few batches of the 300th Anniversary Coupe will be set aside and aged in barrels to contribute to future creations, ensuring the continuation of the distillery's legacy for generations to come.
