Single cask (#3566) Macallan 30 Year Old (1993) matured in a 1st fill sherry hogshead.  Non chill filtered and natural colour, bottled at cask strength (49.8% ABV) by Halcyon Spirits.

Independently reviewed by Serge at WhiskyFun scoring 91/100.

NOSE
Rich dried fruits, orange zest marmalade with treacle and vanilla toffee sweetness.

TASTE
Spices of cloves, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon accompanied by sweet treacle, vanilla toffee and fudge.

FINISH
A long, lingering finish - beautifully moreish.  Mature oak spices with dried fruits and a late fresh orange marmalade finish.
